1. How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location in the USA.

The total shipping time, including handling and transit, is 4–9 business days (Monday–Friday).

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $469 ship free.
Orders under $469 have a flat shipping fee of $6.95.

4. Which carriers do you use for shipping?

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
The carrier is selected automatically based on your address and package size.

5. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number and link via email once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes. Orders can be canceled within 2 hours as long as they have not been processed or shipped.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

No. We provide a free return shipping label in your package, and there are no restocking fees.

10. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.
