What are your standard shipping timelines?

Total shipping time for you to receive your product is 7-9 business days. We keep you informed with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Can I track my order after it ships?

Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real-time.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the return.

How do I initiate a return?

Are return shipping costs covered?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fee.
