📦 Returns Rules and Qualifications

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. -
Condition of Item:
The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. -
Proof of Purchase:
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Photos of the item are required for approval of the return. -
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
There is no restocking fee. -
Return Authorization:
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🚚 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Note: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
